Rakuten Malaysia is now MSC status

Congratulations to Rakuten Malaysia for attaining their MSC Status! We have been working closely with Rakuten for some time on other matters, but when their MSC status got stuck, we were called in to assist in moving it forward. There were various challenges. The application actually started some years back but got stuck along the way. After myriad of changes of Business analysts and key person in charge, we finally nailed down a great business plan and compelling sell point to MDEC. We met with them several times over the course of 4 - 5 months and they are finally now MSC certified. Read our experience here.
